Returns are accepted 15 days after day of delivery for a store credit only. If 15 days have gone by since your items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, unworned, and unwashed with original tags in the same condition that you received it.
All sale items and gift cards are final.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error will be denied a return.
Return for store credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then you will be issued a credit in the form of a code. Said credit will need to be applied to your next purchase/payment by using the provided code. Credits will expire 6 months from return date.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are wanting to exchange for a different size/item, in order to ensure you are able to receive the desired size/item, please purchase the item in the size you need, and process a return for store credit of the too small/large/unwanted item you originally purchased. (To process a return, please send an email to our returns department at email@example.com with 'RETURN ORDER #' in the subject line. We will provide you with a return address, however you are responsible for shipping) This process insures you received the desired product before it runs out of stock as we cannot promise it will be in stock in the case of an exchange.
Gifts will only be accepted with original receipt or proof of purchase and in new, unused, unworned, unwashed with tag attached condition in the form of store credit within 10 days from receiving.
To process a return, please send an email to our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org with 'RETURN ORDER #' in the subject line. We will provide you with a return address, however you are responsible for shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost, damaged or not delivered.
